I make a mean bowl of popcorn, Dusty...look out!
 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil 1/4 cup of kernels Salt In a large pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add your kernels and some salt after about a minute, then shake to coat the kernels evenly. Place a lid catty-wampus (sp?) on top. Wait for the popcorn to begin popping. Once it's popping good, give the pot one good shake...and then let the popping resume. Shake the pot again mid-way through popping, and then again at the end. Dump into a bowl, don't forget to turn off the burner like I always forget...and enjoy! People have really told me: "I'm not even wishing for this popcorn anymore, but I can't stop eating it!"
