He spoke to me. I was feeling a bit down one morning whle driving to work. Casting Crown's East from the West was playing, I just blurted out, "Father, I know I have little faith. But I'm going to take what I have and praise you." I got a literal response of, "I know." I know it was real because I could barely drive the car it hit me so hard. I was physically shaken because it it. It is the first time that something happened to make me know without a doubt that God was there for me. Did my faith increase? Probably not. But because of this I now feel fearless when the subject of God and His Son come up.

Anyone ever have sweet potato fries before? My wife made them tonight. Lightly salted and buttered. Oh man are they good!!

If you hate someone, then you're really disliking something in that person that you don't like in yourself. That's one. You're also breaking the second-most important commandment given to us by our Jesus, to love one another. We should never hate, not even when we may feel justified in doing it.

You find an old bottle on the beach and you rub it and *POOF!* a genie appears and tells you that you have three wishes coming to you. What do you wish for?

1. He doesn’t know,
2. or he doesn’t care.


And to answer the question… I don’t believe in genies and I don’t make wishes… but… hypothetically, I would wish for 10 more wishes. (I‘m kind of greedy)

One time this lady came to my house and was bad-talking my family. I was making fruit salad and it was hot that day, and I was trying to watch TV while I cooked. She got me so frustrated, I went Hannibal-Lecter on her with my psychobabble, putting all of my concentration towards not hurting her. In the process, I sliced up a few bananas into the trash and threw the peelings into the bowl while she watched.

She didn't say anything...but I discovered what I did after she left.

Nope - nothing.

Oh wait - there is something that makes my eyes burn and my throat close up and makes me sneeze and my eyes water and such...

...but I don't know what it is! It's at home, and it attacks me once in a while (like once a month) but we can't find it! The doctor said to keep track of what I'm doing when I get these episodes...but I'm always sewing. It couldn't be...thread?

I use my computer at home mostly. 6 year old dell. Big honkin thing.

But since Christmass 2007 I'm ALSO using this Dell Laptop my grandmother bought me in a fit of insanity!
