'cuz in the days of yore, if a baker short-changed a customer he'd be severely punished according to the king's law. 'twernt nary a baker that wanted this punishment, so he always added in an extra doughnut betwixt the 12. Hee hee.

On the old vynil records, the smaller hole at the center spins faster than the outer edge of the record player; but they're both making the same amount of tiny circles on the record player. How?

They're on a fixed surface. The inner parts and the outer parts are connected...

I don't personally have any but my parents have a bunch. They are awesome. I like the old Merle Haggard stuff and the Smother's Brothers.

Have you or anyone you know ever had "eye therapy?" My 7 year-old is going through that right now. Brutal.

Since the only "eye therapy" I know about is not brutal, then it must be a "no".

What does the "eye therapy" entail?
We do most of it with a patch over one eye. So he has to follow a pen light as we move it (kinda like a drunk driving test) for 2 minutes each eye. Then we hold an item out about 2 feet and move it closer until he sees doubles then he touches it and we go closer. This goes for 1 1/2 minutes. We do pencil hops where we have 2 pencils and we call out the color of each pencil and he has to switch looking at them as we call the colors. 2 minutes. This week we didn't have to do the reading. He had these glass like things on a stick one side was +1.5 the other side was -1.5 he would read and about every 2 sentences would say flip and he would flip them over and read with the other side. 5-10 minutes. But this week we have a ball hanging from the ceiling with letters and numbers all over it. I tell him a letter and he has to find out or number or whatever. I think this is gonna go on everyday for 14 weeks.
Anyhow I tried 2 of the exercises for about 30 seconds each and went to bed with a headache.

Depends on my mood and who I'm with. If I'm feeling happy, then yes. If I'm with Preston, then no - because he's terrified of carnival rides. One of my favorite ones is the circular rollercoaster than just goes in one big circle over and over and over and...
