I have been try to do a little picking but there are two problems.
1- my son makes me look bad- LOL!
2- my hands are fairly stiff from arthritis.
I wonder if playing will help them or just irritate them?

Guitar Worship

I'm new to this site and I'm still trying to figure out stuff.I'm a Visual Learner and I've been leading a guitar get together for the past 10 years called "Circle Of Strings". I've posted a bunch of worship songs on
godtube.com/guitarworship showing the chords, the fingering and the words. This might be an option.
