The severe weather has been active again today and it will continue into Friday and part of the weekend. The Chicago area has been hit very hard today with near - hurricane force winds.

This front will head east tonight through parts of Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and will continue to bring high winds with some tornadoes and heavy rains all along it's path.
