As the 2008 Tropical Storm and Hurricane season approaches, our weather studies group must reconfigure our software from inland storms to Atlantic, Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico storms and will not post inland advisories during the Hurricane Season unless it is a direct result of a Tropical system.

This Severe Weather section of the forum is available for anyone to discuss inland severe storms and their effects upon local communities. This area can also be used by anyone to discuss inland flooding, as it taking place in numerous communities at this time.

Our weather studies group will not be able to supply inland advisories from May through December. Our primary responsibility is to post unofficial Tropical Weather System advisories affecting the Gulf Coast and southeastern Atlantic Coast of the US from May through December. In the mean time, use the link below as a path to the NOAA Watch and Warning website for immediate information concerning both inland and coastal weather issues, watches and warnings. Thank you.
