A developing low pressure area and a cold front will be combining today across a wide expanse of the US south central states.
Severe thunderstorms with the possibility of tornado formation may be present from east Texas through Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky and Georga today and lingering into Friday.
