Abomination Of Desolation

As far as the Isis leader being the little horn. I'm not 1000 percent sure but I'm 9999.99999999 percent sure he is the man for I tell u there has been no leader till this day that is doing what is written in the book of Daniel concerning the little horn as to how he is doing it. Not hitler. Not Jim jones. Not any other previous leader of any empire or kingdom or nation no not any of them from nebeknezzar all the way to Obama not one of them is doing Thus far all that is written in the book of Daniel concerning the little horn.

Read post #56.

I read it. I did not call him any names I just told him what he did to me.
If u go back to post 31 and read he asked me to show him scriptures to prove what I was talking about
In post 35 to 37 i gave him the scriptures passages of scriptures I hopes that he might read and consider what is being said to him

Then in post 38 this is what he replies to me

]"Are you kidding me???? YOUR arrogance is not appreciated neither is your pride. You are speaking with people on this site who are very educated and Biblically sound and it is obvious that you are not.

All of this is for what......to show me that you know how to copy and paste on a computer!."

Now you read and judge and tell me who is being disrespectful here?

The leader of the islamic state, he is the man and soon a mark will be set forth throughout all the world for his sake, and who ever does not take it shall be killed and who ever does shall lose his soul.

all who refuses his mark is the elect of the lord jesus christ.
this is the test from god, to seperate the true wheat from the tears.
for a hypocrite will not die for god, only they who truely love jesus will die for him.

Now i will show you the doctrine concerning the desolation in daniel and in revelations so read and understand with your heart.
Do not say in your heart how do you know the abomination of desolation will be muslim or jew or black or white or any naitonality or power for GOD does not clarify what false religion he shall be or what race he shall be all he speaks of what he shall do and the god who he shall worship.

Now low read and understand the words spoken to you this day.
So, from your message # 30, we read that you claim the caliph (leader of the Islamic State) is the man, right?
But then in your message # 36, you appear to be saying that (for the present) his religion has not been disclosed.. Is that a correct conclusion for your readers to draw?

I think you are drawing a lot of flack, not necessarily because of your beliefs, rather because of the way you are projecting your thoughts here.
Now I assure you that I do not mean to be condescending or judgmental of you when I ask.. is English your first language? I ask you this because there is no information given on your profile page that could shed some light and understanding of where you might be coming from. Some of the ways you are presenting your beliefs are possibly causing some offense. I can tell you that some of the language you have directed at some here would tend to generate a lot of umbrage; yet I prefer to think that those things are nothing more than unintentional.
I'm confident that if you project a more humble and conciliatory tone, we can all play together nicely.

Well said calvin!

I agree!

Jesus tells us in Matthew 24:15.....(ESV)
"So when you see the abomination of desolation spoken of by the prophet Daniel, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand)".

Daniel 11:31English Standard Version (ESV)
" Forces from him shall appear and profane the temple and fortress, and shall take away the regular burnt offering. And they shall set up the abomination that makes desolate. "

In Matthew:24:15When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Jesus says the abomination of desolation will be "standing in the holy place."

Paul tells us a major religious figure will arise at the time of the end.
2 Thessalonians:2:1-4 .........
" Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.:
"Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come.Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day [of Christ's return] will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God."

Since the first two fulfillments of the abomination of desolation involved the cessation of sacrifices, it appears that sacrifices will again be instituted before Christ's return. Apparently once again sacrifices will be initiated at or near Jerusalem; armies again will surround Jerusalem, and the sacrifices will be cut off—this time for 1,260 days.

calvin, The reference in 1 Corth. 15 to "at the last trump" IMO is to the divine signal by which the "moment" will proclaimed, the Rapture, which in essence manifestes the will of God to the beings who have passed on. It does not therefore IMHO mean the LAST trump among any particular number of trumps nor the last of the 7 trumps which the Jews thought would sound the 7 successive stages of the resurrection. I do not believe that Paul had that in mind seeing that he represents the resurrection as "instantaneous" and not in stages.

This trump no doubt corresponds to the last trump mentioned in the Revelation, BUT it does not IMO mean that he had that in mind. Now again, that is just me.

I agree with the statement above on Gods word says what it means and means what it says... its not a code.... It Is Written.... literal SAYING meaning permanent also the Jerusalem Post is very informative they are or have the funding for the temple now as well as its prefabrication of the stuff going in priest robes ect... hence all boiling down the temple has to be built for the abominations of deslete to stand in and claim him self to be God...

Welcome!

I look foreward to speaking with you and I hope you will be blessed!

Actually the sacrifices will resume and be allowed only to have 2300 morning and evening sacrifices - so 1150 days (3 years, 2 months, 10 days). This fits perfectly into prophecy because once the one-week covenant is signed they begin building the temple, finish, start with sacrifices, the Antichrist stops them, 30 days later on Passover, kills the Two Witnesses, does his thing in the temple, declares himself God and 1260 days more the real Messiah comes. Here's my take... each pixel in the image represents the number mentioned. I am not certain for what the 45 days at the end are for except to suggest that Jesus sets up His 1000-year reign, gathers all those that offend and are judged, He gathers His to rule with Him, sets up laws to be followed - like bringing gifts on His birthday (Zech 14:16). So, now you can understand why you're blessed if you make it to 1335th day!

I hope this helps.

hi, I've written an ebook on revelation, but,
I'm still clarifying some things so I might pick your brains for answers.
The abomination of desolation.
i''m trying to decide weather its at the start of the tribulation 7 years
or at the mid-point.
Mat 24 seems to suggest at the start followed by the great trib
but since i'm tending to think the beast invades Israel to kill the two witnesses at the mid point
and then places the abomination.,
but since the abomination is a created image of the beast which kills people i'm more
inclined towards the start..
.but the created image is only done by the false prophet
after the beast has received a mortal wound, assissination attempt? so that's more likely
after the seven year peace deal is signed by UN president Obama in 2030?
[I made that last part up, did u like it? ha ha, It might be prophetic]
your input appreciated.

"Is a created image of the beast " Your mixing two things .

It si the antichrist who will sit in the rebuilt temple and its holy of holies and thus "declare himself God"
That is the abomination and desolation of the temple and by the grace of God and the great wisdom of God despite the whole world following him .I he does it in the midst of a people who cannot, do not, will not accept such an affront .
it is then in great wrath show his true nature . For before that time he was projecting as a man of peace and had deceived all .
Who had made "a covenant of death" with the Jews and brought in A peace to the middle east .
On their rejection of him eh wages war against them and kills 2/3's of them . Surrounding Jerusalem they will be no hope left to them . Save in the God of Abraham who they will turn to and cry with a great cry unto the Lord and he will hear them and come with a great shout WITH His BRIDE ;and" they shall see Him whom they had pierced"
But the world will mourn and say mountains fall upon us ....
and he will smite the forces of the antichrist and they will perish and the blood of them will reach the shanks of a horse and it will take a year to bury the dead and 7 years to burn all their instruments of war .

and he will save Israel in a day and the glory of it "will as a rising from the dead " Romans .
And much more besides .

in Christ
gerald
