Hello from Indonesia
Hello all,
Currently I am studyin in New Zealand and am from Indonesia. I have been Christian since I was born, and the purpose I am here is that I would like to strengthening my faith in Jesus and socialise with other Christianity in here. Nice to meet you all! Just call me Marcel! |

Welcome to the Site, Marcel. I don't understand how anyone can be a Christian since birth since being a Christian takes a conscious thought and repentance from sin for an individual. I've been a Christian since I asked Jesus into my life and was saved from my sins on May 18, 1963 at age 17. I was physically born 62 years ago, and I was born again 45 years ago.

Actually within the terms of what my church said in Indonesia,
If we are naturally born from christian parents, and baptized during that day of my parents took me to the church, even though I do not know when it is as I was really kind of little baby...  , that's called, Children Baptism and responsibility was under parents if I did something wrong like telling lie or not obeying parents command or whatsoever. Then when teenager, I was taught by my pastor whole about christianity and bible studies, then I accepted Jesus Christ as my saviour, then Children Baptism was not longer required and I have been True Christian since then. And from then on, my parents are not in responsible any longer if I have sin to God, because my parents told me that I am mature already in Christian...Even though mature in Christian, I feel NOT... Because I have to be responsible for everything to God instead during children, I tend like not obeying parents what they command me to do... Do you get it what I say? Sorry my English is bad, but trying to explain clearly. If you have anything to say, I gladly to know your thoughts, suggestion, critics and whatsoever As I eager critics from anyone else to grow in Christianity and have faith in Jesus!God bless you all |
