From Slow Fade, the song, I memorized these parts of the lyrics because I thought they would be good to tell friends and others. They're not in this order in the song, but it's from the Casting Crowns song "Slow Fade", just modified slightly. I only wish it was my own work.
![]() It's a slow fade. The journey from your mind to your hands is shorter than you're thinking. Be careful if you think you stand. You just might be sinking. So be careful little eyes what you see. It's the second glance that ties your hands as darkness pulls the strings. Be careful little ears what you hear. When flattery leads to compromise, the end is always near. Be careful little lips what you say for empty words and promises lead broken hearts astray. And be careful little feet where you go for the little feet behind you are sure to follow. It's a slow fade when you give yourself away. It's a slow fade when black and white are turned to grey, and thoughts invade. Choices are made, and a price will be paid when you give yourself away. People never crumble in a day. It's a slow fade. _________

![]() ![]() Mute Math: Move me up through the darkest clouds Till I've lost in the sun every shadow of doubt There is no better find than to find myself with you In a fog you are all I see I'm inviting you closer with each time I breathe Surrender has somehow become so beautiful Take control of the atmosphere Take control of the atmosphere There is no reason I should breathe unless you're in the air Take control Its such a beautiful surrender Its such a beautiful surrender And I'm calling out would you take control And I'm calling out
