My cats would like the cream cheese, then the 2 pit bulls come along..... You should see my cats! It's hysterical! They all try to run and their little feet don't take them anywhere on my shiny floor.... It's like something from a cartoon~ I have to laugh!!!

Yogurt, an english muffin with marmalade and a cup of coffee.
I can eat while running out the door, and even while sitting at a traffic light!

A smoothie consisting of:
8 oz almond milk, either vanilla or chocolate 4 oz frozen wild blueberries 1 scoop ice cream 2 Tbsp flax seed meal 4 Tbsp vanilla flavor yogurt sweetened with Splenda mix till smooth
