No, not a lot. Mostly Sundays with my friends. And yes I can cook but it's just getting the motivation. People tell me I am a good cook, or are they just saying that to be nice ... I don't know. When I do cook , I cook far too much food and then end up eating it for several days. I eat a lot of salads cause they're quick and easy and anyways they are healthy.

Anyways what do you like to cook and what is your favourite food ?

Hey Dusty, did you try that wilted salad recipe I gave you? Just curious...

My cooking is eclectic at best. From home style cooking to very gourmet dishes, whatever strikes my fancy or, better yet, what ever I happen to have in the freezer. So, because of this, my favorite is also eclectic!

I'm going to try something that I just read about recently. It is called 'Tater Tot ® Casserole'.

Take a glass 9 X 13 baking dish and spray the bottom with 'PAM' or similar. Arrange a thin layer of canned french cut green beans on the bottom of the baking dish. Then make rows of Tater Tot's ® over that layer of green beans. Then goes in a light layer of pre-heated and mixed sauce made with a can of condensed cheese soup with 1/2 can of milk, two beef boullion cubes, finely chopped onions, finely chopped celery, and seasoning to taste. Then on top of the sauce layer, goes another thin layer of french cut green beans. Bake in a 350 oven for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the Tater Tots ® are fully cooked. Serve with saute'd chicken strips or thin, bite sized beef strips on the side. Makes enough for a family of 6.

I had that Tater Tot ® Casserole before. Taste good, I think I only had that twice.

Caresse Honey, if I ever get the chance to visit my daughter in NY, I will try to stop by at least to give you a big hug!
My deceased son in law's parents are in Albany.
