For you who wonder if you've played too long to change, take
courage from Jacob's legacy. No man is too bad for God. To
transform a riverboat gambler into a man of faith would be no
easy task. But for God, it was all in a night's work.

Praise the Lord!

Praise Him, Dusty...praise Him!

Yes Whirlwind ,

We must praise Him, cause otherwise the rocks will cry out in our place.

Now I have to find that verse. It's hard when you get old you remember one part and forget the other. >>>> LOL:D:D:D

You know Charlie..... How fortunate that you guys have all the great preachers in Texas. Is that why they say everything is bigger and better in Texas ????:D:D:D

^^^ He also cannot sin.

For God to lie, the universe would be remade so that His words are still truth. For God, it is impossible to sin, because sin is disobedience to God. How could He ever be disobedient to Himself?

As for breaking His promises, I think it's more of a matter that He WON'T break them than that He can't, because breaking a promise would be the same as lying, and I've already mentioned what happens...>_>

Rooster: Seriously...you are completely overthinking this

Bana: I am not, it's just...

Rooster: *Crows*

Bana: -_- point made....

There is at least a couple of things that our Heavenly Father and His only begotten Son can't do that we humans can do.

Can YHWH and Yahshua lie? No!

Can God break his promises? No!

Jag

I truly believe there are more than a couple.
We cannot compare ourselves to God's or Christ's Holiness or perfection in the least~
Blessings~

One thing God cannot do......
He cannot fail!

Amen to that. And that's all we need to know.

Psalm 99 :1

The Lord reigns.... let the nation tremble.

That is so true that breaking promises is like lying, but a very strong version of it.

(Numbers 23:19, Romans 3:4)

It is so true that God can not sin. It's been proven.

(II Corinthians 5:21, I Peter 2:2, Hebrews 4:15)

I truly believe there are more than a couple.

Here is another thing...God can not create the law of sin...

As His laws was not made for the righteous, but for the unrighteous.
