I think most dedicated Christians know that December 25th is not Christ's real birthday and was chosen for several reasons in the early Church. With a little research one will also discover that God's timing/ calendar is not based on the current version of the Gregorian calendar but is based on the lunar cycle and signs in the 'heavens'. Hence the blowing of the Shofar at the first appearance of the sliver moon to begin a feast, etc....(I think I have that right?)
Anyway; please research the feasts for yourself as I believe that as "Christians" God is honored when we recognize them, not out of duty, but from a heart to know and serve Him.
So my question to you is this: Would it not be like God to have Christ born on "The Day of Atonement" or possibly the beginning of the 'new year'? This would have been yet another sign for the Jews that Jesus
IS their Messiah/ Christ/ Savior.
Knowing that, and watching the above video link and doing 15 minutes of online research: I believe Christ was most likely born September 13-27, 3 BC (If you use Stellarium as in the video link it would be 2 BC because there is a year "0" zero in the program which should really be 1BC).
I think we should own Christ's Birthday as Children of God and celebrate these feasts in a manner glorifying Our Lord. Thoughts?
I wrote a study called
Chronology of Man According to the Scriptures and in it I address the timing of the Lord's first coming using the word of God instead of historical books. Everything from the word of God points to Jesus in some form or other. Indeed from a full historic perspective, the (Mazzaroth) Zodiac tells the story of Jesus through and through in every culture around the world. Before folks jump on this, they need to be educated in word definitions.
- Astronomy is the branch of science that deals with celestial objects, space, and the physical universe as a whole.
- Astrology is the study of the movements and relative positions of celestial bodies interpreted as having an influence on human affairs and the natural world - which is totally false.

By the way, scientists have found that the belt of Orion is locked into a gravitational pull with each other, so they are stuck together, and Pleiades are dissipating being pulled apart by gravitational forces! Arcturus is the
bear constellation which speaks to the Ursa Major and Minor.

This verse shows how the moon and our star stirs up the seas. Tidal forces, as it's called today, on the earth were not understood until Sir Isaac Newton in the late 1600's because he was a Christian and studied the word of God getting a lot of his published ideas from the very word of God he studied. God shows exactly what the stars are for and that His word is heard without a voice throughout the earth.

To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard. Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In a nutshell, the constellations speak of Jesus and His work, but not just the whole constellations, but each of the star's names expands on the theme, exactly like Hebrew letters!

He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names.

Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who hath created these things, that bringeth out their host by number: he calleth them all by names by the greatness of his might, for that he is strong in power; not one faileth.
Person, work and triumph of Jesus Christ:
- Virgo: Seed of the Woman, Jesus, the Word made Flesh
- Libra: Scales, Jesus our Redeemer, "Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting."
- Scorpio: Sufferer, "O death where is thy sting", the scorpion stinging the heel of the serpent bearer, Gen 3:15
- Sagittarius: Conqueror, Duality of Christ as God and Man, destroys the scorpion
The Fruit of His Work and Mediation, the body of people spiritually born to Him through faith:
- Capricorn: Sacrifice, the wounded goat, giving his life
- Aquarius: The Pouring Out of the Holy Spirit & Living Water
- Pisces: Fishers of Men and the Persecuted Church
- Aries: Glorious Lamb
The final consummation of the Redeemer who is reunited with His Redeemed:
- Taurus: Judge
- Gemini: King
- Cancer: Protector
- Leo: Victor
In fact, Genesis states:

And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:
There is a mistranslated word, though only because we use the word "seasons" to mean summer, winter, spring and fall, but here it means "appointed times." Before the fall, there were no summer, winter, spring or fall, as Adam and Eve were naked until the fall - rather interesting example of a duality in a word play. When Adam fell, so did life, and death did come, even to the earth with seasonal changes.
So the stars tell the story of this verse:

So now you know why the devil converting the studying the stars into a cult movement of astrology - horoscopes - because:

Many evil teachings in this world are perversions of the truth. Meditation was a great evil when I was growing up, yet God says:

In today's society, we need to unplug, and be mindful of God more than ever, if even just laying down looking up at the stars.
