Praying with results

And Jesus answered them, Truly I say to you, if you have faith (a firm relying trust) and do not doubt, you will not only do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, Be taken up and cast into the sea, it will be done. And whatever you ask for in prayer, having faith and [really] believing, you will receive.

And Jesus, replying, said to them, Have faith in God [constantly]. Truly I tell you, whoever says to this mountain, Be lifted up and thrown into the sea! and does not doubt at all in his heart but believes that what he says will take place, it will be done for him. For this reason I am telling you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe (trust and be confident) that it is granted to you, and you will [get it]. And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him and let it drop (leave it, let it go), in order that your Father Who is in heaven may also forgive you your [own] failings and shortcomings and let them drop.

If you want to have prayers that brings results....we must always pray the Word of God.

Here's the reason why prayer must always be based upon the Word of God...
For the Word that God speaks is alive and full of power [making it active, operative, energizing, and effective]; it is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating to the dividing line of the breath of life (soul) and [the immortal] spirit, and of joints and marrow [of the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and sifting and analyzing and judging the very thoughts and purposes of the heart. And not a creature exists that is concealed from His sight, but all things are open and exposed, naked and defenseless to the eyes of Him with Whom we have to do. Inasmuch then as we have a great High Priest Who has [already] ascended and passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession [of faith in Him].
Hebrews 4:12‭-‬14 AMPC

We should realize that God's eyes are open to everything...and He is the one that has the knowledge to show us (via the Holy Spirit) what to pray from His Word. If we cannot find it right away then that's where praying in the spirit gives the Holy Spirit a chance to direct us. And to help us, making intercession for us. Jesus is the High priest of our profession (confession). And as we speak what He has already said..He carries out His Word.

When we pray the Word of God, we can be sure that we have the truth, and it gives us the confidence to know that God will always watch over His Word to perform it (Jeremiah 1:12)....for it never returns unto Him void (Isaiah 55:11).
For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.
2 Corinthians 1:20 KJV

For God's Word is His integrity.

Another thing to remember is to not base our faith off our feelings. For faith is the substance of things hoped for..the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1).

If we want to reap a harvest of what we are praying for then we have to plant the seed of the Word of God. And our Bibles are God's will put on paper for us to read. The will was put in effect by Jesus' death and shed blood.

Faith cannot operate any higher than the knowledge of the Word of God that you have planted within you. So plant the Word in your heart daily. Joshua 1:8-9

Hi Cturtle
That's it, isn't it !!
I mean scripture tells us out of the heart the mouth Does Speak.

So if it is not in there in abundance then it can Not come out in abundance But something will be coming out.

So in retrospect. ...... your Faith Reflects what comes out of your mouth. ..... the level or degree or the power of your Faith Reflects the amount of Correct Understanding of God's written word within Your Heart and not your head.

Remember that God does provide the answers. But still we need to depend on Him. Hard as waiting is. But God does provide.
