Yes!
I've experienced possession as a nonbeliever, yes. It lasted for about 4 months. If you would like to know the details I can tell you. My possession led me to Jesus Christ in the end, so there is a happy ending. I don't talk much about the possession to anyone, but it's been 10 years so.....ever since I came to faith I have never felt what I felt under possession, ever. God is good.
In regards to spiritual attacks and strongholds as a believer, yes I have experienced these. Most were psychological and some physical, but nothing compared to what I endured with possession as a nonbeliever. Not even close.
As a young believer of 20, my daughter experienced demonic attacks such as clawed hands, bending over at the waist, unable to straighten up, banging her head violently against a wall, choking, unable to breathe, among other strange behaviours and symptoms. Upon deliverance, each demon that came out announced its name and that it had been there for 10 years...she had been 10 years old.
Most definitely, she had demons in her. In her soul. Possession? Oppression? It doesn't matter. The demons were in torment as she had just within the few days before it all started asked for the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Once Holy Spirit came in with His fullness, they would be displaced, but pretty disturbed about it....and having a tantrum about that. As soon as they were cast out, her eyes cleared to bright and all has been well. She has a strong and intimate relationship with Jesus Christ today, some 15 years later.

I can believe that. Possession does not care how old you are. I do have my doubts on child salvation however. There's a dvd out there somewhere called "Jesus Camp" or something. 5 and 6 year old's being born again?? Sounds strange to me. I'm glad she is doing better!
My children came to faith in Jesus at aged 7. It's the parents' job to foster that faith in gentle, steady discipleship. A child that age can be filled with the Spirit and used of God mightily.
The truth to take away from my story is that the enemy can infiltrate the life of a righteous person. It's a myth that Christians cannot have demonic strongholds. The churches are full of people who need to receive their freedom in Christ.

I am suspicious about the testimonies of children. It's a complex topic with many views.
I would confirm that possession is not the same as strongholds. So far it's been ten years, and God has proven me right.
I attest to that, except that the misery is identical and deliverance is necessary for both. I certainly wouldn't say my daughter was possessed possessed because she was saved, but those demons were definitely in her soul. They manifested physically when they came out.
I also, having been saved since I was 10 years old, had to have a strong demon cast out of me, as it had set up a stronghold of fear and anger in me, probably having attached itself to me during my time as a prodigal.

I know that children mature intellectually at different stages but I would really be concerned about 6 & 7 & 10 year olds being saved.
From what I have seen it is more mom and dad forcing their will ontop the child than it is a choice by the child. But that is just me!!!
It depends on the "parents", if they are willing to "teach" their kids the way of the Lord by the Holy scriptures.

I received Christ as 11 and I know I did from that very moment because I felt the Holy Spirit for the first time. It was very special and I'll never forget it.
Me too... I was an altar boy in the Catholic church and I was going to be the first American Pope! LOL
I read the bible since long before I actually got saved which helped me see the truth for myself. The priests didn't like that I was reading without guidance, but little did they know, I had guidance from the Holy Spirit and like all men, I started in Revelation - the end of the story! 
That is wonderful and I am very glad for you.
Why doubt that? I have no doubts that a child raise up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord as instructed of parents in the word will have a very real salvation experience early one---just the way that God desires it to be. Nothing complex about it. It's optimal!
Outright possession occurs in the lives of the unsaved. Strongholds occur in either the saved or unsaved. Usually, Christians suffer strongholds that have been established before their salvation. They need to be identified and dealt with. Far too many Christians just suffer them and never get release from them because they are ignorant of the devil's schemes in these areas.

Awesome! I also accepted Jesus at age 10 and there was never any coercion. I know many wonderful, Spirit-filled children who could run rings around many adults, spiritually.

I agree kids are not filled up with the junk as some adults are. Kids are awesome and soak up knowledge like a sponge. So we need to teach em rite from the git go
