The dangerous teaching of modern christianity

Can anyone show me scripture where God extends His Mercy to someone before they accept Him as their Creator and repents of their sins?

Catholic and Christian Churches have no biblical foundation for doing so. Their concept of a "NEW OUTPOURING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT" IS COMING FROM SATAN.

BEWARE!!! and don't be fooled by what seems like a beautiful and charitable offering to our sisters and brothers.

GOD'S MERCY IS THERE FOR ALL HIS CHILDREN ONCE THEY ACCEPT HIM AND REPENT - GOD DOES NOT CHANGE TO SUIT THE PRESSURES OF A SECULAR WORLD.

God's mercy is shed upon all who still live in a life of rejection of the gospel message. This is the age of mercy we are living in. God no longer openly judges and punishes sinners, but is patient, waiting while His Son is building His Church.

The mercy and grace and favour poured on the believing spouse is shed upon the unbelieving spouse and children also.

1 Corinthians 7:14 (AMP)
For the unbelieving husband is set apart (separated, withdrawn from heathen contamination, and affiliated with the Christian people) by union with his consecrated (set-apart) wife, and the unbelieving wife is set apart and separated through union with her consecrated husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean (unblessed heathen, outside the Christian covenant), but as it is they are prepared for God [pure and clean].

If God had not extended His mercy to any of us before we were saved we would have died before being saved.
To be honest I question where you are getting your thoughts.
I would suggest that you think twice before claiming Christian Churches and the Out pooring of the Holy Spirit is of satan............That is the thinking of the devil, and it places you on thin ice for you are Judging what belongs to God and that never has a good ending my friend.

I will forgive you and I pray God brings a revelation understanding of what He is doing.
God Bless

Here is scripture that tells us that God showed us mercy before accepting Him and repenting: Romans 5:8, "But God demonstrates His own love towards us, in that while we're still sinners,.Christ died for us." Romans 2:4, "Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads men to repentance?" There are more, but those are just 2 examples.

Guys, I think that he meant God doesn't do what He said He would in Romans 8:28:
Romans 8:28 KJV
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Yes, we all do live in a time of mercy from God, but I don't not believe that God would interfere with an unbeliever's life unless He was working for them to get saved through a situation or they were especially evil, so He decided to kill them.

Sin and the devil kills.

So God doesn't kill? At least sometimes? And when did satan have power over life and death, allowing him to kill?

God is not punishing people today. He is exercising His mercy, and saving His judgment and wrath for its proper time. In the meantime, what we see is the devil doing his dastardly best to destroy humanity.

Satan roams about seeking whom he may devour. He is a thief and a murderer.

A perfect verse to illustrate this point is: John 3:17, "for God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved." (NKJV)

We are under Grace....................God is not going around killing people. That is why there is so much evil in this world. If God was takinging out sinners, well no one would get saved for we would all be wiped out before we got smart enough to ask Him into our hearts.

Juk Jesus defeated satan and death on the cross. God has given us authority over the devil but when we step into sin or our of His will and into our own things we alloow the devil a shot at us that He did not have before. The devil comes to Steal, Kill and destroy.......

Um, if he did not have mercy on us we would ALL be dead right now.

Go look in matthew chapter 9, esp verse 13. What does it say?
I will help those who do not want to take the time to look it it up. I will add the last part of verse 12 since it is still Jesus speaking and is connected with verse 13

Last Part of 12
They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick
Verse 13
But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I WILL HAVE MERCY, and not sacrifice: For I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Sorry dude... it's already happening. I feel bad that you see God so negatively. Have you been baptized in the fire yet?

1. John 3:16. But I think you are asking in a Calvinist sense?
2. Care to explain further?
3. Amen

Well, when I wrote the post, the Old Testament was in my mind...

God does kill. Just think about Noah. If God removes protection from someone and the devil kills them, well then God killed them.

God killing people is NOT evil though.

Seeking whom = God gives the devil the 'whom'.
