judging others can back fire.

judging others can back fire.

when amy grant cheated on her husband, i got very judgemental of her, but the same thing almost happened to me with with a girl in my church. i became very judgemental of an inlaw when they got in bad dept, but it happened to me too, but not as bad. i became judgemental of a friend who just couldn't find a job, i later lost mine too. i got judgemental of a friends sister in law who got addicted to chatting on hate forums, it almost happened to me too. so in other words, Judge not, that ye be not judged. mathew 7:1 :preach:

But the bible also says that if you know the your brother or sister in the church who is caliming to be saved is living in sin and you know about it, but choose to say nothing you are just as guilty as they are..so what then?

I dont believe in trying to correct or judge people in the world..because yes that will and does backfire but as for as my brother or sister in christ as long as you do it in love and not to embarass them I dont see what the problem is.

Judging that is molesting can not and shall not be a heap of one's interest or proposition for the sake of healthy constructive self mannerism, that only the worthy is formidable for one's conclusions for happening, that ridiculous concern one shall not be defeated by .. For truly one aught to be docile and not one of oppositions grave ..

Thank you awc1967 for your interpretation and your company now, and your fidelity for the special Christ ..

From the start, I apologize if I am wrong, but if I remember correctly, Amy Grant did not cheat on Gary Chapman! After years of drug and alcohol abuse on his part and after time after time of trying to make it work and reconcile, they got a divorce. Amy then married Vince Gill, but there was no "intimate" relationship until after the divorce! Again, this is what I remember reading, but I may be wrong and if I am I'm sorry. This is not meant as a correction, just as a "correct facts" thing!

Hi ..

Regarding the situation about the already acknowledged fellow relationship of people I know not of, I shall not discuss .. I will discuss further reference to the judgmental crisis ..

How could it be well for someone to have an inner oppression that in the end of such concludes in instigation of appropriateness ?? One in harshness is disruptive for all that matters .. How one is better to be respectful and allow respect for the self, motivated in light of all things, does not make confirmation to crime in contesting the gentle cause, or worth of esteem .. One is of hurts to be naively judgmental, and maybe one will hurt another, but as another is like oneself, oneself also becomes disrupted in the insecure acknowledging .. Take matters right, do what is recommendable by way of true council .. We are better to tend rightly on all things then to obscure in one's own non sense .. How can we be better ?? Not transgressing, certainly not trespassing .. When harm is done of oneself, of oneself one harms, that when one does molestations, oneself becomes horrible apt, therefore molesting one's reliable behalf .. You notice it is not worthy to occupy in secluded loss of integrity, what does it mean to you to be appropriate and docile in all ways in comfirmed to spirit ?? In name of Jesus Christ ..

A very good read on this entire issue is Be Intolerant, Because Some Things are Just Stupid by Ryan Dobson. In it, he makes a point of showing how we can be completely intolerant of unrighteousness (in our lives first and our friends' lives second), and still do it all in love with a Christ-like attitude.

Hi ..

When you do something, ask yourself, is it necessary and just ?

Why practice intolerance when you can practice indifference? When I was a Satanist, hundreds of people tried to bring me back into the Light of Christ. Did any of them succeed? No. Not one. If anything, they made me hate Christians even more and even once lead to a violent exchange. So who drew me back into the flock?

CHRIST DID. My opinion is to let Christ touch the heathens' hearts. No one comes to the Father but through him. I can only speak for myself, but I am not called to convert the world. I am called to trust in Christ and live a life of peace and love.

You make a good point, Was Lost. We're not called to convert the world, but we ARE called to be sowers of the Word. Absolutely no one can bring salvation to another man, only Christ can do that. But, how can someone know of God if they don't hear about Him?

We are spread the word as seed in the soil and let God take care of the rest. Some will grow in fertile plants, some will be choked out by thorns. Only the Father can bring them to Him through Christ, but our ability to share the Gospel, love non-believers, and pray can lead to changed lives. In fact, this takes much of the burden off of us. We can share, but are NOT responsible for the salvation of any man but our own.

Still, we can absolutely be too "pushy". We need to simply share the Word of God, love 'em up, and let Him do the heavy lifting.

I don't know a single person who has not had to eat his (or hers) own woeds at sometime Bassmassa :D- I had had the distinct displeasure of having my harsh words for lunch and it is a meal I would not like to repeat!

I believe it is our responsibility to judge those who are in the church. This would not be to beat them down, but an effort to get them to confess their sin and eventually restoration. It needs to be done with much love.

1 Corinthians 5

9I have written you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people— 10not at all meaning the people of this world who are immoral, or the greedy and swindlers, or idolaters. In that case you would have to leave this world. 11But now I am writing you that you must not associate with anyone who calls himself a brother but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or a slanderer, a drunkard or a swindler. With such a man do not even eat.
12What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside? 13God will judge those outside. "Expel the wicked man from among you.

The thing we need to be very careful of is thinking "I would never do that or that could never happen to me".

Matthew 26
40Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping. "Could you men not keep watch with me for one hour?" he asked Peter. 41"Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the body is weak."
