First you don't have all your facts straight. Jesus did not tell satan to get out of Peter. He said to Peter, "Get thee behind me satan."
To me this suggests satan was using Peter to tempt Jesus - not that Peter was possessed by a demon.

Second, there is no proof Peter was crucified upside down.

Not sure which passage you are referring to that "incriminates" Peter, but our mistakes and weak moments are not the end of us. Christ died so that we could have life. Peter repented of his sin.

To answer your question, I believe Peter is in heaven with Jesus.

Matthew 16:23
Jesus turned and said to Peter, "Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the things of God, but the things of men

Hi Mike! The phrase " carried were you don,t want to go" was generally considered to be a prophetic reference to the fact that the Apostles would be crucified.
There is no historical proof Peter was crucified upside down but it is entirely possible.
Peter was a man like you and me. He sinned and made mistakes daily like you and me. He was the target of the evil ones attacks just like you and me. Those things were repented of and we have grace from our God, He is faithful to forgive and cleanse us.

For the Historians among us - The Apostle Peter's crucifixion "head downwards at his own request", is first attested by Eusebius, the first Christian historian, writing c.260-339AD in Book 3:1.

I find the Lord's words to Peter in John 21 to be some of the most moving in the N.T. Three times Peter denied the Lord and here three times Jesus recommissions him. The Greek word for love in Jesus first two questions is different from that in his third question and in all Peter's answers. "Truly love", refers to a love in which the entire personality is affected "love" refers to natural affection.

It is very important for us to remember that the Lord said "If you love me, keep my commandments". (John 14:15) This is the real proof of our love.

God bless us as we learn together.

I appreciate your info but I think it is important to remember that no one contemporary to Peter is noted as reporting this. Thus the doubtful historical accuracy. Was it legend or history? Honestly that question cannot be answered dogmatically.

the devil was after peter.after Christ was risen, peter was made blind, about what was clean foods.

I know nothing about Peter being blind but I know the bible has no such restrictions on food in the New Covenant.

Peter's vision of the sheet with all types of beasts was God's way of getting it through Peter's head that Christ died for the world, not just for the Jews. God telling Peter to kill and eat, and Peter's pointing out to God that there were some unclean animals there and he wasn't allowed, by the law, to eat those animals, shows that Peter didn't quite grasp the entire purpose of God's sacrifice. Peter up to then, preached the gospel only to the Jews. Through this vision, he was shown that God's love was not confined to a specific race of people, but encompassed all of mankind, because all mankind was the creation of God. Jesus, Himself, illustrated this when He approached the Samritan woman at the well, and when He gave credit to the Samaritan man as being a true neighbor and follower of His greatest commandment, while the other two Jews ignoredand abandoned their brother laying by the road.

Peter died a martyr for Christ. period.

and as for Peter's sins, he repented and was forgiven by Christ and God. We are given proof of this when Jesus asks Peter 3 times (the same amount of times as Peter denied Jesus) whether or not Peter loved him. All 3 were answered in the affirmative. thus Jesus tells Peter to take care of his sheep (and would you tell somebody you didnt love and trust take care of your most valuable possession?)

As for his end, Jesus saying to Peter "when you were younger you dressed yourself and went where you wanted; but when you are old you will stretch out your hands, and someone else will dress you and lead you where you do not want to go" is in reference to the way Peter would die. We know this because the Bible says it in John 21:19.
