Where is the Word?

Where is the Word?

Deuteronomy 30

11 For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off.
12 It is not in heaven, that thou shalt shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
13 Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us,and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
14 but the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it.

I was reading this last night and found much grace in these words, that the LORD loves us all so much that HE provides His wonderful word to abide here with us, in our hearts and soul and to proceed from our lips. That we may always be concious of all HIS ways.
Thank you O LORD, for blessing us with your sweet knowledge, understanding and grace.

Amen ... God loves us so much that he gave and He continues to give and the more we get to know Him the more we love Him .

I suppose this means that God says, the bible is understandable, don't worry, that which remains a mystery is not so important, important is to get the basics done, so that you fulfill your own duties, which are necessary.

yes, and thank u for your thoughts on this as well.
I am so glad we have the word at hand, that it is not distant from us, and that our understanding come from GOD"S timing and not our own

The Apostle Paul applies this passage to the availability of the "word of faith" in Romans 10:6-10.

"Do not say in your heart, Who will ascend into heaven (that is to gring Christ down) or who will descend into the deep (that is to bring Christ up from the Dead), But what does it say "The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart" that is the word of faith we are proclaiming: That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved".

The main point here is the availability of the Gospel. Righteousness is gained by faith, not by deeds, and is readily available to anyone who will receive it freely from God through Jesus Christ.

Thanks New2Christ for reminding us of these wonderful facts.

God bless us all as we learn together.

Glory

Yes, the Word of God is very understandable, and God is not some mysterious alien from mars as some claim. He is our father.

Keeping the Word in our mind and in our mouth is Key to victory as Jesus said we have what we say. (Mark 11:23)

Best to Speak the Word, and not the problem.

Jesus Is Lord.
