Jewish called God abba father

we know that the Jews missed Jesus,he came to split the giving from the greedy.having read Jesus ,seems like the greedy would not accept him because he condemned them.funny how many greedy people there are today who don,t realise they are being lead to death.

funny to how so many believers are so judgemental where is the SSpirit of love that Jesus commanded His people to display judge nothing before the appionted time my friends there is nly one judge Jesus and He came to save or at oleast thats what i believe the bible says God bless

i.am not judging Jesus tells us about the 2nd death.and also about the tree in the middle of the garden.

Smellcat,

I think "split the giving from the greedy" is an over-simplification.

Not everyone who gives, gives for the right reason. Not everyone who appears to generously give will see heaven.

We can give generously to organizations that appear good on the surface, but it they are not bearing fruit for God, our giving is wasted.

At the same time, we can withhold from someone who is needy and be doing a great service for them in the long run. (think alcoholic)

There is a difference between judging the person and judging the behavior.

John 7:24 Jesus said, "... judge righteous judgment.."

WWJD
The teachers of the law and the Pharisees brought in a woman caught in adultery. They made her stand before the group and said to Jesus, "Teacher, this woman was caught in the act of adultery. In the law Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now what do you say?" They were using this question as a trap, in order to have a basis for accusing Him.

But Jesus bent down and started to write on the ground with His finger. When they kept on questioning Him, He straightened up and said to them,
"If any one of you is without sin, let him be the first to throw a stone at her." Again he stooped down and wrote on the ground.

At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the woman still standing there. Jesus straightened up and asked her,
"Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?"

"No one sir," she said.
"Then neither do I condemn you," Jesus declared. "Go now and leave your life of sin."

This incident from scripture teaches us that we are not to judge others because we ourselves are sinners and thus unfit to judge. However, Jesus also said, "Go now and leave your life of sin." Clearly we are to discern right from wrong and try to dissuade people from sinning.

That is righteous judgement!

i think you are correct, judge the motives not the man.i don,t try to call people.but i will question there motives.and i don,t understand people who try to stop this, this is what we judge,as said to peter, what you forbid here will be also in heaven.

Michael .... You're title "Jewish call God Abba Father". We too can call our Father Abba Father or daddy not just the Jews.

This is true , Ginger . A lot of people give but not with the right motives. They think by giving that is their ticket to Heaven..... Wrong !!!!..... Not by works of righteousness. There is only one way to heaven through the shed blood of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ .... Only one door .... Knock and it shall be opened , seek and ye shall find.

Hi people-

Thing is tho, no one can claim to know another's motives. Jesus declared we can tell the "root" of a tree, by the "Fruit" it bears.

There are possibly millions of people trying to do right in this world, who are still lost to God. Many have been decieved by false teachings. This is why Jesus also declares- "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do."

The Sanhedrin taught the Jewish people as a whole, mostly legalistic- (by actions), not by moral standards. Thats why Jesus tells us we can only tell who is influencing people, by the outward signs they produce.

Not only that, but Jesus tells us to love everyone, even those who hate us. Why? Because, we don't know what thier motives are. They may be believing right in thier heart, but by psychological deception, thinking wrong.

I've had personal dealings with people holding alot of anger and been beaten enough by some, only to find out they were hurting and needed and cried out for help, but no one listened because of fear of the physical "fruit" they were demonstrating.

Thus, we cannot judge thier motives either, but only be able to tell the "root" influence, by the "fruit" they bear. Just because Satan has a hold over them psychologically, does not mean thier heart is evil too.

Look at the Apostle Paul- greatest persecutor of God's Children up to his time. Yet, God knew his heart. This is why, God, thru Christ appearing to him, was able to get thru that darkness in his mind, to the good hidden in his heart.

If God knew, as with so many others as Abraham told the Richman, Paul would never accept the Truth, God would not have chosen him for Conversion and Apostleship.

I pray this helps-

God Bless!!

I totally agree Ginger butv james warned believers not to grumble against one another Jesus Himself said do not Judge for with the same measure of judgement you use it will be measured to you mercy triumphs over judgement there are no samall sins with God if we break oe ommandment we are guilty of all there ios a rwat difference between testing all things and judging may God change my heart so that i might truly reflect His Sons imasge only God sees true motives of heart who am i to judge anothers servant to His master he styands or falls but God is able to make all His people to stand He promised and He cannot lie He is faithful and i love Him so much for all He has done for saving a sinner just as i through His bekloved Son because He died i can live because He rose again im justified by faith in HIm Glory to FGod on High He reigns and He is love what can we say to such great love as this Jesus Cghrist is LOrd HE lives God bless
