What God declares the believing heart confesses without the need of further proof. Indeed, to seek proof is to admit doubt, and to obtain proof is to render faith superfluous. Everyone who possesses the gift of faith will recognize the wisdom of those daring words of one of the early Church fathers: ”I believe that Christ died for me because it is incredible; I believe that he rose from the dead because it is impossible.”
A W Tozer

"Judge each day by the seeds you sow, not by the harvest you reap."
~ Unknown ~ Had this written down from a business conference. Can't remember who said it though

"That strong self-assertive will of mine must go to the Cross, and I must give myself over wholly to the Lord. We cannot expect a tailor to make us a coat if we do not give him any cloth, nor a builder to build us a house if we let him have no building material; and in just the same way we cannot expect the Lord to live out His life in us if we do not give Him our lives in which to live. Without reservations, without controversy, we must give ourselves to Him to do as He pleases with us. “Present yourselves unto God” (Romans 6:13)."
Watchman Nee

you become just by performing just actions, temperate by performing temperate actions, brave by performing brave actions." Aristotle (384 BC - 322 BC)

When I know the Word of God is as authoritative today as it was when it fell from His lips then it will be a living thing in my lips. The Word of God in Jesus lips accomplished things. It hushed the sea. It quieted the wind. It raised the dead. It fed the multitudes. His Living Word in the lips of faith will do the same today. When you know that the Word of God is speaking you will speak the Word with authority: When you want to build your faith feed on the Word; act on it E W Kenyon Unbelief in the Word of God is unbelief in the author of it. E W Kenyon Joh 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. Joh 14:13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. Joh 14:14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. Jesus Christ
