All those who are saved can save the others. After we are born again , we are new creation in Jesus.
The Disciples could save the souls because they knew how to save souls. if you know how to be saved you need to save the others. This is why Paul repeats :"Wherefore I beseech you, be ye followers of me" - 1 Corinthians 4,16.

God can and will use any willing vessel. He does the saving but He allows us to bear the fruit!
