God can and will forgive all sin save one and all are damning without His mercy. That does not mean that one will not bear the mental and physical scarring from ones mistakes. Most people have a much harder time forgiving themselves than asking for forgiveness from God. Those who cannot see how God can forgive them do not yet understand the price He paid for them.
