Eccle 12:13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. 12:14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.

The English word, 'antichrist', comes from the original 'street' Greek manuscript word, 'antichristos' OR in the Greek word meaning, "instead of Christ".
In the Book of Revelation, the time lines of the return of both 'the antichrist' and the REAL Christ are set forth by certain prophesies which must take place in a certain order. It is plainly written that the antichrist will return to earth to deceive when the Sixth Vial, the Sixth Seal and the Sixth Trump all are in place. In Revelation 13 (KJV) the 'beast' mentioned in the final part of the chapter is the 'antichrist'. His number, as prophesied, is 666. The 'beast' in Revelation 13 is another commonly used name for Satan, who will be here to deceive while pretending to BE Christ. Those persons who have never been taught the contents of the Book of Revelation are those who WILL be deceived by Satan into thinking that he actually is Christ... because the people who have never been taught the contents of the Book of Revelation will not know any better. READ and understand the Book of Revelation... it is part of your Godly Armour to protect you from Satan's deception. |

What the Apostle John saw in Revelation 13 was the emergence of the Antichrist amongst the rulers of this world appearing in the end times. This Antichrist was the Beast coming up out of the sea, a monster with ten horns and seven heads.
We must first find out whether or not this Beast is the real Beast that will actually appear in the world. There are two main things of the Beast that interest us: first, whether or not this Beast will actually make his appearance in this world and kill many people; and second, whether or not this Beast refers to the tyrannical Antichrist who would emerge from the rulers of the world. These are some of the issues that draw the most interest from the people. Those who know about these issues may say that they are easy to understand, but for those who are ignorant of them, it is quite natural to be puzzled over the question of whether or not such a Beast will indeed appear in the end times’ world and rule over the people. What God speaks to us in chapter 13 is about the future appearance of a king in this world who would be ruled by Satan. The phrase, “a beast rising up out of the sea,” means that a king among the seven kings of the world will become the Antichrist. The passage also tells us that ten nations will unite around theAntichrist and rule over the thoroughly destroyed world. The mortal wound of one of the Beast’s heads and its healing, on the other hand, tells us that one of the seven kings would be mortally wounded, but would also be healed of his deadly wound. This king would be medically pronounced as dead, but miraculously be resuscitated to life, and then act like the Dragon. The Dragon here refers to Satan. Like the Dragon, the Beast would have all authority to destroy and harm people. When the end times come, such a beastly man will make his appearance in this world and massacre people, as monstrous as the Godzilla in the movie. With the appearance of the servant of Satan, the world will start to dash toward its destruction. The method by which Satan has chosen to work in the last era is to take his atrocities to the people through his servant. This is the same principle as God saving sinners from their sins through His saints. As one of the Beast’s heads were wounded in the passage, a ruler of this world, resuscitated from his deadly wound, will receive authority from the Dragon and be honored by the people as if he were God. This is why, we must remember, the people proclaimed, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?” This Antichrist that appears in the present passage will be respected by all the people under the dominion of Satan and stand against God. It means that a powerful leader will emerge in the last world and rule over it. This leader would be one of the rulers of the world’s nations. Having received the spirit of the Antichrist from Satan, he will emerge as a powerful leader. The world will then come under the rule of this leader and be reigned by him. The world will be united into a single state in the future. The advanced nations of the present times will cooperate among each other and extend their rule over the whole world by fronting the powerful ruler. In Europe, we now have the European Union, and in Asia and Americas as well, there are organizations that are seeking further integration of individual states into a single political body. When such organizations develop further, united supranational states will appear, and a very powerful leader will emerge from such integrated states. This leader will play the role of the Antichrist who stands against God. He would be a charismatic leader with power to reign over and repress the whole world as he pleases. Why? Because by receiving great ability and authority from the Dragon, Satan, his wisdom would be different from that of the ordinary people, and his thoughts would also be different from that of the latter. His wisdom and power would reach the sky. What he says would be fulfilled without any problem, and no one could dare to covet his place. This period of his reign is the era of the pale horse written in Revelation 6. The era of the pale horse will most certainly come in the near future, and the world will then belong to the Antichrist for a while. If you take a closer look at what is happening in this world, you would realize that all these things are very much possible to be actualized. The prophesized leader will be extremely ferocious, a man of absolute power and great abilities, as shown by his description as having feet that are like the feet of a bear, a mouth like the mouth of a lion, and a face like the face of a leopard. This man, receiving authority from the Dragon, will blaspheme God, his angels in Heaven, and His saints. And he will fight against the saints and overcome them. The Antichrist will kill the saints in his fight against them, demanding them to renounce their faith. Because the saints would not give up their faith at this time, they will all be martyred. And as the Antichrist would have authority over the entire world, he will freely kill and destroy all those who do not listen to his commands. Verse 8 tells us, “All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.” Because the Antichrist would reign as the absolute ruler in this time, everyone who does not obey him will be killed at his command. However, for all the saints, such a time would be the time of their martyrdom. |

Hi people, very interesting reading. But must say, my understanding of Scriptures is slightly different.
1- Daniel shows in 2:38-46, the last Government- (one world Gov.), to rule over earth is described as the feet and toes of the statue of King Nebecaneezer's dream. 2:33,41-44. 2- This "one world Gov" shall be of Roman descent- 2:33, 40-41. As the Roman Empire was the last solid Gentile nation to have rule over the earth and you'll notice, just as it had two main headquarters to lead it, the iron covers both legs. But note the iron mixed with clay in the feet. Note- Back in the late 50s, 3 European nations came together to sign an agreement the "Treaty of Rome". They called thier group- "Benolux" back then. Now, people say, well we only have ten toes between both feet and so fr there are more than 10 nations now joined with the European Community so far. I'll get to that. 3- Daniel recieves a dream in chap 7 of 4 beasts. Notice again, in the 4th beast- 7:7-8, this beast has "iron" teeth and "ten" horns. v8 shows 3 horns are plucked up when this 11th little horn- (anti-christ), appears. The 10 horns are 10 nations and 10 kings of those nations- 23-24, Rev.13:1 4- The anti-christ will start out as a "man of sin"- II Thess. 2:3- (human), II Thess. 2:3-4,9 Rev. 13:2- (Dragon is Satan who gives power to the beast), but later be incarnated by Satan to become the "son of perdition"- II Thess. 2:3, Rev. 13:3- (Note he is killed but then revived to life). 5- God shows there will also be a 2nd beast that shall arise out of the sand. This beast- Rev. 13:11 will be a major religious leader- (two horns as a lamb, but spake as a Dragon- Chist is "Lamb of God"). He will show all the same power Satan gives the anti-christ v 12, to convince the world to worship the first beast v12. And he is the one who convinces the unknowing to take the "mark of the beast" v16. 6- Scriptures show the rest of the world will follow or bow to the beast and his government, but does not say they will all unite with him in his government. That is speculation at best right now. 7- Scriptures declare it is the anti-christ, not one of the Kings of the "one world Government" who will seek a "peace pact" with the world for 7 years- (week- heptad), thus, the anti-christ shall lead the "one world gov." from its beginning of control over the earth until Christ returns. 8- All these things could come true already? No way. Christ declares and so too God, that all signs of being in the "Last Days" must be fulfilled before the reign of the anti-christ and "one world gov." can occur. 9- Many believe that the "Saints" spoken of during the Trib. Period, are the "Body of Christ" still on earth, not Raptured as yet. False. Why? Rev. 7:3-14, 20:4 5- But, the anti-christ appears before the "one world Gov." takes power over earth- II Thess. 2:3- ("man of sin be revealed"- publicly known), not during the Trib. Period as some may believe. 6- And the Rapture of the Saints also happens right after the appearing of the "anti-christ"- II Thess. 2:1-3- (notice Paul states the "gathering together of the Saints" unto Christ cannot happen till the anti-christ is revealed- publicly known). 7- Remember, the "beats" portrayed in Daniel and Rev. are symbolic of the person and people who will form the "one world Government". They will not be real beasts. 8- There is no question this "beast" will be the anti-christ and "one world Gov.", for God declares in His Word that the time of Gentile rule over Isreal must be fulfilled before Christ can return. And God shows how this Gov. shall be the last one ruling over them, by Daniel 2:43-44, 7:13,25-27, 8:23-25, Rev.19:11-21. 9- The anti-christ will not be ruling over a thoroly destryed world, but a progressive destruction by God's wrath will be happening during that time. 10- the # 7 stands for "perfection" with God concerning creation. Therefore, the "7 heads" of the beast in Rev. is an imitation of this by Satan. This has nothing to do with the kings or nations, as there are 10 horns- (nations) and 10 crowns upon the horns- (10 kings) as noted earlier in the Daniel references and- Rev. 17:11-14 11- Scriptures tell us, the anti-christ shall enter the scene and start to rule under a false peace pact, which will go about half way thru his 7 year reign- (week- heptad), but will deteriorate to war in the last 3 1/2 years. Dan. 7:25-26, 12:7. 12- Why are the Saints Raptured before the Trib Period? Ro. 5:9, I Thess 1:10, 5:9. These all show, where the Saints of today are to miss out on the Trib. Period. ? How? Read Rev. 19:1-9. There is a marriage of the "Bride" of Christ to the "Lamb", Christ. Now this could be claimed its after Christ returns. Ahuh. Sorry, look right after v9 and say that- vs- 10-21, Christ's returning to earth here now, after the marriage. This is happening in Heaven. I pray this clears things up some. If have any questions, ask. God Bless!! |
