Sylv... You have the right idea. OUr pastor is now focusing on the members by giving them oportunity to come to the front and pray and putting emphasis on people getting involved in the different ministries and having leadership classes to help the congregation to discover their giftings.
Not to say we also have times when we are encouraged to bring unsaved ( which by the way can be any time). Last Sun. we had what was called friendship Sun. and we all tried to bring one, then after the service these people were welcomed in the gym with a little gift and by meeting other church members.over a coffee and a donut.
