I've always wondered...where am I getting this extra hour of sleep from?

Say: I got o sleep at 10 and wake at 6. now if I set my clock back before going to bed... I'm still going to bed at 10 and waking at 6. or, if I walked up to my clock right before going to sleep and set it back, I'm really going to bed at 11 and waking at 6 and thus LOSE an hour... so what's the deal here?

Richard ..... I am sort of confused the way you put it but I would say to you that if you went to bed at 10pm you would put your clock back to 9pm so therefore you would be gaining an hour . It is in the springtime ...that you loose the hour when you have to put your clock ahead.

Hmmm.... Completley ignore everything I said in my last post!

I was thinking of putting clocks back, but somehow added in some extra hours or something myself.

Even with the reminders, I'll probably be an hour early for church and wondering where everyone is. At least I wont be an hour late like I was 6 months ago.
