I guess it depends on what kind of pressure you are in. A person can get pressure in so many ways...

1. Exam pressure
2. peer pressure
3. Other external influences

If you are under pressure i think you should concentrate of positive things. If you are in a team as a team leader..etc you will get pressure triggered by peers, opponents your boss...etc.
Think about what can you do to get out of this pressure and the poeple whom you can be with whom will give you inspiration boost your confidance etc.... you have to have the right people around you.Do anything that will help to get out of pressure that doesnt means if you have a gun in your hand shoot your self or some one NO NO NO... Just look for some inpiration or guidance friends, mentors, councelors.... When i was under alot of stress and i cant find any outside help I PRAY AND ASK GOD TO GET THIS STRESS OUT OF ME...HAVE A NAP U WILL BE RESTORED....
