Just some thoughts:
Some may say that Adam's walk with God in the garden were times of union, communion and worship

Gen 3:8 And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.

Some would say the covering God made for Adam and Eves nakedness was t a foreshadowing of Christ, God's plan and provision- indeed the Lamb slain form the foundations of the world.
Gen 3:21 Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them.

Some would say that the offerings brought by Cain and Abel were indeed the first recorded worship:

Gen 4:3 And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the LORD.
Gen 4:4 And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering:
Gen 4:5 But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.
Still others might say Noah's offerings were the first recorded worship:
Gen 8:20 And Noah builded an altar unto the LORD; and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar.
Gen 8:21 And the LORD smelled a sweet savour; and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done.
