Stupidist thing I done when I was a young lad, I was in the kitchen making a glass of squash.
I opened the bottle, then noticed on the bottle it said "Shake well before use", So What did I do? I started shaking the bottle, and blackcurrent squash went everywhere !

Thank you for that B2LY, I don't feel so silly anymore! One time, I got a carton of cream out to put in my coffee. I thought it still had that little plastic top under the cap, so I took the cap off and started shaking the carton. Cream went EVERYWHERE! I almost cried! Obviously, I had to clean everything right away, since this was cream so it would start smelling bad really fast! DUH...

I'm also famous for forgetting to put the water in. Turning it on and wondering why it's not doing anything, then I realize the waters still in the carafe...doh!
