Once I found myself in very distressing circumstances, I was trying to do the right thing but couldn't find a solution. I was so distressed that I couldn't sleep and I was lying on my bed praying that God would give me peace so I could sleep. My eyes were closed but all of a sudden, I saw the most beautiful woman, there was peace and love in her eyes and she radiated light. She put her hand on my forehead and said to me, "Be at peace, God has seen your faithfulness and he is watching over you". The dream was so real that I opened my eyes to see if she was really there but there was no one, but a feeling of peace came over me and I slept peacefully.

I started honking the horn, flashing the headlights trying to get my husbands attention. It got worse, a 16 wheeler started honking at me and barreling down the mountainside behind me. I tried to pull over when I realized I had no brakes. He kept barreling down until he was on my tail, honking. I looked as my husband drove on until he disappeared. I was going downhill at a high speed with no brakes and there was no place with enough room to pull over and jump out of the car. I prayed, God Help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bits and more pieces flew out. Then finally, a very wide and long pull off came into view and I steered onto it rolling at a high speed, while the 16 wheeler continued honking while he passed by. Then the thought entered into my head, turn off the engine and place in park.The car slowly stop... I took a deep breath, got out, and looked for my husband. About 30 minutes later he arrived asking what happened... I told him everything except the part about the voice... To me it was one of several encounter with my Angel.

Every so often my Pastor brings in a guest to preach and this one man, I can't recall his name, but i think i'll try to find it out. He was the most anointed man I have seen to date. (no offense to anyone else). He was born a black Jewish man, but soon after accepted Christ as the Messiah.
Well, he has been ALL over the world, he said 82 countries i believe, and throughout his journey he has seen miracles. A miracle is something that just doesnt make sense, in most cases, it cant be comprehended. He has had angels show up in his meetings...physical angels sent by God himself! The thought of that is utterly amazing. He also gave this one of his many testimonies which was about how an overweight woman became filled with the spirit and INSTANTLY LOST 75 POUNDS. I guess when you've been all over the world preaching the Gospel, there are bound to be situations that come up that are just unbelievable |

Yes, I have had a couple of experiences with angels, and still another experience which still puzzles me today.
Some years ago I was very ill. I had difficulty sleeping, even difficulty falling asleep. So my husband and I would sing hymns as we lay in bed. We were in a hotel in Houston, singing a hymn one night which goes, "We are standing on holy ground, and I know there are angels all around. Let us praise Jesus now. We are standing in His presence on holy ground." Suddenly my husband said he saw angels. He began describing them. They were at least 12 or 15 feet tall, and they encircled us completely, a whole group of them, with their backs to us. Their feet went through the floor, their heads went through the ceiling. As we lay in bed they surrounded us, even going through the wall behind us. They did not have wings. They looked like big men--warriors. They wore tunics which were belted at their waists. They had some kind of weapons which they were using against the attacks which were coming against us. My husband--my business professor husband--described this, and then he fell asleep. I began crying. I had been so ill. I began crying, because I realized that God had not forgotten me. I made a vow that night that I would go after God with everything I had, and that I would serve Him with all my heart, with all my soul, with all my mind, and with all my strength. Today, now 18 years later, I am completely well. But I have never forgotten my vow. |
