No requirments to be truely damned. The only unforgivable sin is to blasphamy against God.

The only requirment to get into heaven is to truely accept Gods gift of salvation.

God's gift is of live, his Son Jesus is free for all who would have Him. You could theoretically have one millions dollars in the bank and starve if you never take any out- same difference. God has made provision for all but not all will take advantage of it.
