There was thing man of God who had a vision that I would marry this certain brother in my church. Prior to him communicating his vision there were other signs as well. Than suddenly this man of God changed his mind and in an indirect way cause relationships with the brother to be strained. My question is if God tells you something and all things around you seemt o say the opposite (even the people you trust the most) does that mean that God decided no instead of the previous yes? Can God who had a plan for you change it in another direction? or is it still the plan but in detour?

understand sometimes when people say they have a vision from God they mix their stuff with it. and it does come out all right They are human . God uses people as vessles. You need to check your spirt. when something is said to you about your life put it on a shelf. don't run with it. if it don't check with your spirit reject it. maybe it was not God at all. People often times put too much of their relationship with God in the Hands of Man and not God. It is a relationship with Jesus that will cause you to know the direction with God. That is through Prayer.

Our choices do not affect the plan (God's will be done).

Know that God loves you in a way that we cannot truly understand (for now).
Why should God speak to another and not you? Especially about you?
Pray. He will answer. Pay attention!
The answer may not be spoken, but it will be given.

That being said...
How would you know if God changed His mind?
You would have to know as much as He does; right?
You would have to know the plan.

So, to repeat:
We are given choices. We are not given the plans.

Not every word someone gives you from God is really from God- also even when it is it sometimes looses something when being filtered thru the flesh of the speaker. Be prayerful and seek God's will for your life- your brother Larry

so we can pick and chose Gods words?i to think a battle was in progress in ot,the mimic satan is involved.the nt destroys this,jesus tells you the truth,read jesus.jesus says only God is good,God is mentioned far more than lord.confusing stuff.but the mimic has lost,just jesus,new testament.read jesus words He tells you how to be saved.

That is certainly not what I said SC. Somritmes an individual will have an impression in his heart and share what he thinks God is saying- soemtimes they are wrong- the bible is never wrong.

New Testament cannon is generally limited to works attributed to the Apostles. The rest was either superflous or contradictory and as God does not contradict Himself it is clear that they do not belong.
