I know that many times a word from God, or a vision is more for those who receive it than the one it's about.
I think that God wants us to pray for the one we see in way that we might not pray otherwise.

Did that make sense? I can't seem to put any other way.

Amen Brothers .... No more needs to be said. God is Sovreign. He is not a man that He would lie. And IMO change of heart is like a lie. Just my two cents.

Does God change ever his mind?

Hmmm thats kinda hard...God knows EVERYTHING so I think his mind is already made up meaning he ALREADY KNOWS WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN..so I would say no because he already knows EVERYTHING!

haha if that makes sense..

SC..... You are not making sense. None of the Bible needs to be removed. We believe the Bible as a whole. Why would we remove any ?

Yes, that makes sense because my mother used to say something similar, so I understand what you mean well. She used to say that if you had a dream about someone or something, then you were supposed to wake up and pray for them, because God might be showing you someone who needs intercessory prayer.

Thank you for adding this dimension.

When I first came to Jesus and God, I didn't want to pray so much because I thought that I was bothering God. He had more important things to do, I figured...after all, the universe is a big place to look after.

But the more I learned, the more I realized that God is not at all like me. I'm a human being. He is God. There are no limits to His knowledge, no boundaries to His Power. He can listen to what I have to say - even if I just want to take a moment to praise His Name - and still make sure the universe is where it should be.

He has no end, He has no beginning. Jesusreigns...again you startle me by what you say. You're right on the mark, I feel that much in my heart.

We're trying to look at God as a person (or Person) who has limits, the way we do. But He is God...there are no limits for Him. God doesn't need to change His mind, because He knows all things. Past, present, future and whatever is in between that we can't even begin to imagine.

Sometimes I just like to sit back and think about this. How an Awesome Being like Him has time to listen to me and takes care of me and loves me.

Beware the traditions of man. Over the ages, the bible has been translated, and translations have come from those translations. Search your heart and pray for the true meaning, because it's always there. Although they're translations, the Word of God is everlasting. Also, beware of people who claim that God talked to them...and he told them what's best for you, what he wants for you to do. When God wants you to do something, He'll plug directly into you; just keep your eyes and your heart open for the signs. You should ask God and Jesus directly what They require of you, never any other man.

God bless.

God changes His mind.

Ex 32:9-14
And the LORD said to Moses, “I have seen this people, and indeed it is a stiff-necked people! Now therefore, let Me alone, that My wrath may burn hot against them and I may consume them. And I will make of you a great nation.”
Then Moses pleaded with the LORD his God, and said: “LORD, why does Your wrath burn hot against Your people whom You have brought out of the land of Egypt with great power and with a mighty hand? Why should the Egyptians speak, and say, ‘He brought them out to harm them, to kill them in the mountains, and to consume them from the face of the earth’? Turn from Your fierce wrath, and relent from this harm to Your people. Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, Your servants, to whom You swore by Your own self, and said to them, ‘I will multiply your descendants as the stars of heaven; and all this land that I have spoken of I give to your descendants, and they shall inherit it forever.’” So the LORD relented from the harm which He said He would do to His people.

God was clearly going to wipe out Israel, and start over again with Moses... Moses plead for Israel, and The Lord decided not to do "the harm which He said He would do..."

That is the importance of intercession.
