It is a wonderful thing to study the Word of God in every detail but it is far more awesome to grasp it , believe it and live it- just beileve what He says and walk in what He shows you-the results are fantastic

I love to study The Bible and it is a wonderful thing to do.
Also, I believe 'Religion' is not as complicated as many believe.
Being filled with the Holy spirit can sometimes guide you more than hours upon hours of Bible study~
That is the amazing part, Bro. Larry, isn't it?
They go hand in hand; The scriptures are very important to stay on top of but The holy spirit within us is the best guide of all.

I don't classify Christianity as a religion, it is a lifestyle. It's our goal to live for Christ and walk in his image, that's why we call ourselves Christians

Christian litterally means follower of Chirst and it is an intimate personal realtionship but religion in its pure form is not bad- it is unfortunate that false religion gives even the name a bitter taste.

Jas 1:26 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.
Jas 1:27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

Yes, I spoke of religion as as 'Religion', meaning your own faith and walk with Christ, not a denomination!
