Someone had a Garth Brooks cd playing the other day - on it was a song with this theme - he was attracted to this girl and couldn't understand why God wouldn't answer his prayers for her to like him - years later, he realised when he looked at his wife in comparison to this woman that he was so glad God doesn't always answer prayers.

I got to thinking, how true this can be, we have all of these requests from God, but only He knows what is best for our lives.
