Here are a few verses from the Psalms that caught my eye as I was reding to my boys this morming- enjoy!

Psa 6:9 The LORD hath heard my supplication; the LORD will receive my prayer.


Psa 9:9 The LORD also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.
Psa 9:10 And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, LORD, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.


Psa 10:17 LORD, thou hast heard the desire of the humble: thou wilt prepare their heart, thou wilt cause thine ear to hear:

I cried after reading this verse.

Psalms 68:5A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows, Is God in His holy habitation.6 God sets the solitary in families;He brings out those who are bound into prosperity(I know this I am proof);But the rebellious dwell in a dry land

This made me think, that I should only desire Him, I desire only to see Him, be under His wing.....O LORD only You I need, because You are awesome than Your holy places.

Psalm 68: 35 O God, You are more awesome than Your holy places.The God of Israel is He who gives strength and power to His people

Amen Nathi- I love the psalms as they are a heart cry to God and a revelation of His goodness

Psa 33:18 Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;

Psa 33:20 Our soul waiteth for the LORD: he is our help and our shield.

Psa 27:1 <A Psalm of David.> The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
