It is the same problem expierienced in the garden- man for the first time began to rely on himself for guidance instead of following God- the flesh still wants to be in control and/or contribute- any effort from the old man ( even religious) is unaceptable and a filthy rag.


It seems you have enough head knowledge on the subject - may I suggest you simply believe God at His Word and walk it by faith- the results may astound you!

spirit control,s people,this is true.that is why jesus says clean out the insides of yourself.to rebuff spirit you have to rebuff evil and be yourself,which is very difficult,and all improper thoughts come your way.be strong in yourself ,you will be good.been there done that
