One make a decision to believe God rather than his old way of thought- be renewed (or making new again) in the spirit ( litterally life force) of your mind - one no longer accepts the ideas of the old man which can only be input by natural means- sight, hearing, taste, touch ,smell- now we can began to receive spiritual revelation from God - His ways and truths are higher than ours- He has creative power and when He speaks it things come into being.As we walk in His revelation our mind is now free to think ,agree and believe as He does- renewed

The spirit recieves revelation form God's Spirit and your mind begans to believe- as your mind begans to believe your body naturally follows your new way of thinking- this is sanctifacation.
