It hurts and I'm grieving, first seen through a cursory reading,
There'll be persons misleading, the church in deceiving!
Lovers of self, coveting wealth,
With more care for their welfare but not the governments help!
Their hot topics shows god is their appetites,
they're not prophets- and they'll get charred in the afterlife!
They say you'll rise from debt, while the prophets get to pocket checks for private jets!
and new better facilities, thru their theft ability,
and all along the ministry is losing credibility!
They think mammon is excellence, a scamming that represents,
Today's church standing in decadence!
Just examine and check against,
Churches in other countries hungry in famine and pestilence!
Such a stark reality,
God's no respector of persons showing partiality!

"You see, the bulk of 'faith' theology can be traced directly to the cultic teachings of New Thought metaphysics. Thus, much of the theology of the 'faith movement' can also be found in such clearly pseudo-Christian cults as Religious Science, Christian Science, and the Unity School of Christianity."

A packed house for the Word of Faith,
The church to date needs to put them back out like invertebrates!
They say don't have doubts--claim it,
and put the power in the tongue and say name it!
It's a shame it's getting over 'cause we don't know the,
Only One that can speak things into existence is Jehovah!
Their heretical foul tactics,
Has got me losing my patience like medical malpractice!
He's no parts supplier,
And your faith's no streetcar--you can't name your hearts desire!
If all your requests is always a yes,
Why wasn't Paul healed from his thorn in the flesh?
Apparently, aren't we, to draw from this,
You can't guarantee your wish inerrantly!
They're promised to be rich--they shout at times boasting,
If your ears itch then switch to calomine lotion!

"As the Apostle Paul put it, 'watch your life and doctrine closely.' Persevere in them, and this of course involves apologetics, or earnestly contending for the faith; knowing what you believe and why. Truth is, apologetics is not just a suggestion, it's a commission."

Lord stop me if I'm clowning with hate,
You said rebuke them sharply to make 'em sound in the faith!
Many believe their claims, I'm pleading on their behalf,
In Jesus' name to spare Your wrath!
To them we've lost some of our dearest people,
They're deceitful, here to ensnare your sheepfold!
In Your immortalized Word of God its pretold,
Certified right before our eyes like a peephole!
Your Word says we should stand in contentment,
Many are deceived please grant them repentance!
Before they see Christ, coming like a thief in the night
Without Gladness, and won't need march to bring madness!
To whack off the masses,
Then there won't be time to hit the sackcloth and ashes!

The lack of faith movement can be just as out of balance- God isn't slot machine raining down gold coins and cadilacs but He takes great pleasure in blessing His children no matter what situation they find themselves in and I have found Him to be very faithful in providing for my family- just don't throw out the baby with the bathwater- some churches twist the context of the scriptures and appeal to the greed of human nature-but we must understand that our whole life is to be a faithwalk and we must make every step trusting completely in Him -it should be understood that it is now and always will be about building the Kingdom of God-
One verse I often hear qouted is
Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

It should be noted that when we truly seek first His kingdom our hearts desire is transformed and His desires become ours

Wow... whose song was that? Sounds kinda like a Christian Rap Song. It has a lot of good meaning, but like Boanerges said, God takes great pleasure in blessing His children, so we should have faith that God hears our prayers and will answer them according to His Will. However, it is true, we won't get everything we ask God for - Just because He has the final word, plain and simple.
