There's going to be trouble tomorrow when we meet to give an account of the events surrounding the assault against me and shamefully, if it goes against the young man that assaulted me and he loses his job, the boss could have prevented it by not immediately taking his side and believing everything that came out of his mouth.

If the boss had not taken up against me and had come to me to get my side of the story he might have had reason to believe me and would then be motivated to impress upon the young man the seriousness of the situation. And in so doing might have scared the young man into good sense where he would come and apologize and all would be solved.

As it is now, it's out of all of our hands. The department is now involved with an investigation of the matters and no amount of repentance on his part, nor apology to me, will make any difference. The matter can no longer be resolved immediately and without consequence.

But sadly the boss just isn't the kind of person who gets all the information and makes a wise judgment. If the young man loses his job, the boss will be the only one at fault. He could have talked the young man into rationality.

The boss chose, arbitrarily, to believe what he said. The boss focused only on me supposedly getting in the young man's face. The boss didn't consider how we two came to be at that point where we were out of the vehicle and staring each other down which lead to him assaulting me. The boss didn't consider that. He didn't consider that i was trying to get the young man to the other side for him to do whatever. He didn't consider me telling the young man that i didn't want him working with me because he wasw cursing me and saying degrading and bad things against me. He said he didn't want to work with me and I agreed, I didn't want him working with me and was going to take him to the main building at the other side. The boss didn't consider the young man telling me several times to stop the truck that he may resolve this. The boss didn't consider that i didn't want to stop the truck because i knew, and the young man made it perfectly clear, he wanted to do me harm if necessary; if I didn't see things his way; if he didn't get his way. The boss didn't consider the young man finally screaming in my ear, with cursing, for me to stop the truck because "you aren't taking me anywhere, I'll kick your @$$".

The boss never considered any of this that lead up to the assault. He just focused on the first thing he thought he could use against me. The only thing he could glean from everything that happened to use against me.


It is solely the boss' fault for whatever punishment the young man might incur. He could have solved all this if he hadn't immediately taken sides against me.

EDIT- There is a chance it could go against me, depending on if anything is manufactured against me. Something similar to Naboth and his vineyard that King Ahab wanted so he manufactured things against him. 1 Kings 21

Trust God and tell the truth and it will work out- your boss is as much at fault as this young man for his failure to act and he is now looking bad in front of his superiors- the Lord works things out and fights our battles for us- I truly believe that if someone comes against me I must stop and pray for that person immediately because my God is very protective of me- it will be fine brother and all here will be praying for you!
