It's a good question. I think He'd be dressed the way He left earth, in the clothes He wore back when He was here.
The way I see it, fashion and the idea of what are comfortable clothes changes as the generations change, but God constantly stays the same. He won't be conformed by the world.

I live in Croydon, so no doubt it'd be some kind of baggy Nike trousers, Nike shoes (light shoes, so you can run away from crimes faster), a hoody, and some form of hat.
He wouldn't wanna stand out now, would he!? |

I guess that would depend whether He came back in human form or as Spirit. If Spirit, He would be clothed in Light. If human, I would imagine casual clothing of the Times.
