when i was a child, i wanted to be, will robinson of lost in space, he had a robot friend and a cute sister {penny}. then i wanted to be, beaver cleaver, he had a very understanding father, who didn't drink. then i wanted to be, opie taylor, because his dad was the sheriff of mayberry and had a cool deputy too. then i wanted to be, will marshall, he and his sister and dad fell into the land of the lost. then i wanted to be, jim morrison, he had such a fun life, untill he died. then i wanted to be, lil joe cartright , but he too died of poisons. then i wanted to be,john lennon, but he was taken away too early.then i became ordinary ol me, nothing special, or so i thought. i found jesus in 1980, but we drifted apart for a few years, i guess the clubs, were not his thing. then one day, i was reading this book, called the wanderer by the 50's musician dion. Dion talked about how he had it all, money, girls, drugs, fame, but he felt something was missing, and that was jesus. the day that i finished dion's book, october 1st 1992, i picked up the BIBLE, and started reading again, and i returned to an old friend, whom i left behind, but he never left me. i rededicated my life, to jesus, but as i turned around to see jesus standing there, he didn't seem overly excited, so i asked him why, jesus said, there is no surprise to him that i would return, it only took me 12 years to look around, and realise i already had the best love. i have to thank my parents for dragging a 13 year old brat to church, jesus really is a carpenter, he built a foundation for me to come back to. btw, my BIBLE must have super glue on it, because since 1992, i have not been able to put it down.....

beleive it or not, i am a preety shy person. but for some reason, i have posted very personal, things on this site. JESUS has opened my heart, and things come out. one of my greatest joys is the inspiration JESUS has on my poetry writing, i put them in our church newsletter from time to time, and the great fellow christians seem to enjoy the, that makes me feel good. I have many hobbies that i love, poetry is one. thank you all for the encouragement, i feel blessed here.
