While CFS is an international forum, I'd just like to offer our best wishes to all the U.S. members for a relaxing, enjoyable and safe Independence Day Celebration (4th. of July).

1776, in the history of the U.S., was a turning point in securing the freedoms which we, in the U.S., enjoy to this day. However, there are some groups in the world who have made it their goal to try to take those freedoms away by terrorist acts and intimidation of U.S. citizens.

Let us not forget what the Founding Fathers had in mind when the Declaration of Independence was signed on this date in 1776. It was to establish a new Country based upon the values set forth in Scripture and to end the tyranny that had been in evidence for so many years.

Within 10 years, rules for the establishment and operation of a Government were drawn up and the Preamble to The Constitution of the United States of America was written:

"We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for The United States of America."

Enjoy this Holiday, but be vigilent and observant: the forces of evil are lurking, as we have seen in the UK over the past week. Take care and be safe.
