very wary of councellors.to feel good about yourself,read the word,study it .stand tall be good.thats a good start,rise above situations that drag you down.ask for forgiveness to start anew.be wise to who and how to talk to people.treat everybody with respect.choose wisely your words.and when your heart beats of goodness the words come out ok.dont let no muppet beat you.

Hi Daniel,
Hang in there, Buddy. I've heard of other people around your age getting depressed at times. It's often because they are uncertain about the future, because at that age life has barely just started, and they don't know how to go about anything. Trust me, before long things are going to get complicated and you'll hardly have time to think. Instead of thinking about the future and death, things that we all have limited control over. Think about what you can do in the present. Keep yourself busy doing the things you like to do, or else trying to achieve goals. Start with small goals. Achieve those and make bigger ones over time. What you might find out is that you have no more time to feel depressed. That's how it is for me. I hope this helps. God bless. |
