What Brought Us To This Forum to look around and eventually sign up to become a contributing poster? Beyond just 'googling' around and finding the forum via a link on Google, what really drove us to click and sign up?
For me, I was a member of three different forums. One of these forums I am still a member of. The other two forums, I 'resigned' from because times and attitudes have changed to the point of feeling that my time there had ran 'the course' and therefore really had nothing else of interest to contribute. This forum is a fresh start for me to learn again how to interact with different people online once again.

I'm currently a member on two other forums. One is for skateboarding, and I've been on there for three years. It's a pretty large site, but despite this, I rose to become a mod and admin within two years, although now I'm getting bored of it because the topics are unwholesome.
I'm also a member of my favourite soccer teams fan site, but the talk there also seems to be quite unwholesome. I felt I needed more from the internet community, and I wanted to talk about Jesus, as well as have a point of reference if I ever had questions. I googled this site, and because I'm used to vbulletin due to the skateboard site, I felt signing up here was logical. |

I've been in a number of forums, ususally based on what I was driving (or riding). Currently, the only other forum I'm active in is a fitness forum, with wholesome and nutritious topics
I googled "Christian Forum" out of desperation for some form of fellowship, and am still in the process of finding myself a church. This forum has been a great help, already, though!

I joined for a few reasons.
First and foremost, to find some Christian Fellowship that fit around my work hours. Secondly, I appreciated the anonymity that the forum offers when discussing my past, and the wonderful but extraordinary (and unbelievable to most) event that proved to me God was still there for me. I have not shared this story with many other than those family members who are really close, for I fear they will mock me and doubt me. DW |

This only my second active forum participation- the first was a Saltwater Tank community- I honestly believe God directed me here to love and encourage as many of my brothers and sisters as possible- to share His love is a great joy- your brother Larry

The word "FRIENDLY" in the login page is what brought me here.
Most "Christian" forums are filled with spammers, bashers, haters and rampant disregard for values. CFS is quite the contrary. We have excellent Administrator, a great membership participation, fully supported Christian Values and, I've been told, a Moderator Staff that "takes care of business" to keep our members safe from those who would come here to destroy.

The reason I am here is because I have been banished from every other "Christian" site on the internet.
