The church used to bash the pundits in Washington D.C. for inventing political correctiveness. What has many churches (not all) done (especially many within the seeker-sensitive / church growth movement), invented a Christianized form called 'spiritual correctiveness' where:
Dating is now called 'courting' Church is called 'campus' or 'worship center' Worship is now called 'celebration' Worship service is now called 'celebration time' Sinners are called 'seekers', 'pre-Christian', or 'spiritually challenged' Christianity is now called 'spirituality' Tithes and offerings are now called 'gifts' Sin is now called 'spiritual dysfunction' Reverend/Pastor is now 'life coach' Outreach is now called 'block parties' Presence with the Lord is now called 'soaking' Revival is called 'renewal' Being slain in the spirit is now called 'carpet time'

I've only heard a few of those used, but yeah it's getting pretty ridiculous. People are getting over-sensitive to all the wrong things! They'll be completely numb to witnessing violence all over their "entertainment", but scream bloody murder when you do something that indirectly condemns them (like talk about the problem of sin)!
