There is a difference in what you are talking about Waslost- having someone confront you about your faith it is an easy task to respond with the truth in a loving way- when it comes to a public ridicule of Jesus and His church in front of a whole room full of young impressionable minds that is something else entirely- when it comes down to it there is an anti-christ spirit working in our society - it's agenda it to mock, ridicule and remove all references to the Christian faith while promoting new age and any other religious preference- THIS CANNOT BE ALLOWED- if we as christians have stand up for our rights - freedom of speach and freedom of religion- or THEY WILL BE TAKEN AWAY-
The ACLJ has gone into HUNDREDS of schools and public areas and set the administrations straight- it is a huge missinterpetation of the law to think you can persecute people for their belief in God (so far) and the old missinterpetation of Thomas Jefferson's so called " seperation of church and state" has been abused by countless ignorant people making illegal assuptions and forcing them on people they figured had no power to defend themselves- this is were we should draw the line- and thanks to brothers like Jay Sekulow we have the ability to do so-

Your right . There is a differance. The first we are called to do the second not so. Those young impressionable minds are under the authority of their parents whom either approve of what they are being taught or don't care enough to remove them from it. Either way it is not up to us to monitor the secular world. We have neither the authority or the rightousness to do so. The education system in this country is sinking and it is sinking fast. We can either fight to try and keep it afloat and let them all (including our own children) drown while we try to patch all the leaks or save ourselves, our children and any other that will accept the truth. I believe we should help those who want to get out and let God deal with the rest.
We are in the last days. It is to be expected. Do I need to quote the scripture that says this is how it will be??

Eph 6:11 Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Our rights to free speach and freedom of religian are not important. What is important and what we should be doing is helping those who want out, Who are fighting against either or both. Not arguing with those who are content with what they are and have no desire to hear the truth.
Secular law doesn't now or has it ever represented any thing other than mans belief that he can be selfrightous. Fighting it it in it's own courts is usless and a waste of effort time and money better used to bring the word of God to a dying world and prepareing for the real persicution coming in the not too distant future.
Contrary to popular opinion here in the U.S. the supreme court is not the Supreme Court. That is in Heaven and the judge is God.

This, is were we should be separating from the world with our children loved ones and those who have not already sold their soals to Satan.

You were accepted and it was right for this forum to do so. I believe the point you missed is that you come seeking understanding ,Jesus and councel. Not to argue or debate. It was God who sent you here, not satan. It is way too late in the harvest time to be fighting with those who want to die with the feild (World)
However, like you it concerns me that many of our brothers in sisters don't understand what is to be done or how to do it.
Don 't mistake or under esitmate the enemy. The unsaved are not our enemy ,that would be Satan. The only differance between us and them is that we have accepted Jesus as Lord. Lest we forget ,for many of us a few weeks ,months or years ago there was no differance for we were them!!!!!
Bassmasa has it right.What many do is build a wall of distrust and anger so high they can't get the seeds over it or a valley so deep and wide we can't reach across it to them.

We should never be critical of the unsaved but in true remorce for the probiblity of ther eternal future and in prayer for their salvation.

The systems and laws of this world will go to hell with those who live by and for them. Put your faith in Jesus who will place them all as your footstep to eternity with Him.

You Are Intitled To Your Opinion On This Subject But By The Grace Of God I Am Still American And I Do Not Have To Let Anti-christ Attitudes Be Pushed On My Kids- I Have A Legal, Moral And Spiritual Obligation That I Must Follow- I Don't Have To Monitor The Secular World But I Have A Right To Stop Garbage Like That Form Being Pushed On My Kids And As Far As The Christians Who Are Being Abused In These Situations Have Rights Too- There Have Been Cases Were Entire School System Policies Have Been Changed Because Someone Had The Courage To Stand Up- There Is No Legal Precident For Abusing Christians In America's School System- If We All Had A Defeatest Attitude Like That We Will Surely Find Ourselves Living In A Police State- By God's Grace We Can Make A Difference- Or We Can Stay Silent And Surrender Our Kids Without A Fight- That Just Isn't In Me To Do-

America still has christian roots- I am not letting go so easy- there is an old saying stand for something or fall for anything- America is unique in that it is the only machine I know of that works best when some of its parts make alot of complaining sounds- the liberal biased media- the homosexual agenda- the new age philosiphy were all pushed in by people with big mouths- we are allowed to push back- the governing principles of the country have drifted so far from mainstream America- if the people speak there is still time to change her course-
By the way I have spent an average of 6 to 10 grand a year (money which I didn't really have) to keep my kids out of public shool amd thats for the last 20 years- however that doesn't mean I can't or won't stick up for the kids whos parents can't do that- I am not sure how I did-
I am of the opinion that it takes all kinds of personalities to make this whole thing work- so no hard feelings over different opinions- ok
One last thing-I am indeed a student of history- take for example WW2- Hitler started the whole thing on a bluff- when he went into Poland he could have been backed down easily but ( theres another one of those old sayings)- the rabbits kept feeding each other to the wolf hoping they would be last-
