I live in Texas where it gets pretty hot very early in the year, even mid-spring. However today is a beautiful day! Only in the 70's for a high, the sun is shining, the breeze is blowing, the birds are cherping and I am getting ready to take my 2 girls out for a walk. On days like this I think it would be pretty heard even for the most die-hard athiests not to see that there is a God. Who else, if not the Lord could give us such perfect days to enjoy and such beauty to behold. When I see my girls smile at me or scrunch up their little noses in the sun, I thank God I am alive and well! God bless you all! Go out there and enjoy your life!

Some people are so smart that their dumb. When they look at a flower they can't see how beautiful it is. That's because they believe this world evolved over time. They can't see a creator created it, and made every aspect just the way He wanted.
Sincerely/Mary |

Amen, Mary - In this fast paced world, not very many persons have time to appreciate those things that Our Father has given to us to enjoy. We see traffic tie-ups at rush hour and angry fists and horn blowing. We see people walking to their offices while reading a newspaper and never saying hello to others or smiling or even paying attention to their natural surroundings. We see all of this because some persons are so involved in work to provide themselves with material wealth that there isn't any time for kicking back, relaxing and looking at the beauty that surrounds us.
This has become an age of unfriendliness toward others and an age of 'everything for ME and to heck with others...' A sad commentary on the state of things today. Our great grandparents may not have had material wealth and had a hard life to make ends meet, but they did have something that some persons don't have or care about today: each other and God.
