Have you ever wondered why some ministers move an average of every two years? Or why are more ministers getting out of full-time ministry than there are getting in to it? I've got a few ideas that might help answer those questions. I've included on my blog this morning, 10 things you could be doing that might make your minister want to quit.

What can you add to my list?

A young pastor once asked his friend and mentor why he thougth he was having so much trouble with his church- his friend replied the prolem seems to be church is decon possesed- LOL!
